As the largest traded food commodity in the world, the global seafood market is expected to be worth over $600 million with approximately 3 billion people relying on it as their main source of protein.

Boldly’s first ever public preview will take this weekend at SEED Food and Wine Festival in Miami where the brand will participate in tastings and an exclusive dinner in collaboration with PLANTA Restaurants.

Commonly used in plant-based seafood, Boldly uses Konjac which is a root vegetable popular for it’s texture and nutrition profile that can be found in parts of Asia.

By launching a diverse range of products that includes calamari, salmon and tuna sashimi, shrimp, crab sticks, and white fish filets, Boldly takes a different approach to other seafood brands in the space by partnering with the foodservice sector and targeting flexitarian dinners looking to reduce their seafood intake.
